鈥婽here are many benefits to using the Badger Notes electronic record system including:鈥�

Important: If you registered your pregnancy before 25th February 2025 and have paper notes, please continue to bring your paper notes with you at every visit, as we will still need to refer to these.鈥�
If you haven鈥檛 already consented for us to create you a Badger Notes account, or if your Badger Notes access isn鈥檛 working, please contact sft.maternityadministration@nhs.net听who can assist with getting this set up for you.
